WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

We present below the basic terms and conditions that govern wholsale purchases from Organic Keiki. Ranoa LLC dba Organic Keiki ("Organic Keiki") may revise and update these Wholesale Terms and Conditions at any time and you should visit this page periodically to review the terms. Should you have any questions concerning any of our policies, please feel free to contact us.

- There is no minimum order requirement.

- Merchant name and Tax ID number (FEIN) are required.

- Payment is required before order is sent. If you prefer to pay by check, that is not a problem, we will just hold your order until payment has cleared.

- We will require credit card info at time of order. However, if you wish to pay online with a credit card, we will send you a Paypal Money Request. Your items will ship once payment has been confirmed in Paypal.

- If you receive a defected item, we apologize, and please us notify within 7 days of receipt.

- If returning items for any other reason, you must request within 7 days of receipt and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

- Please note: orders over $1000.00 are receive a 1.5% discount and orders over $2000.00 receive a 3% discount.

- We only wholesale items that we produce under the Organic Keiki label. At present, we are wholesaling the "Save Some For Me" ORGANIC COTTON ONESIE, the "Ride The Recycle Wave" ORGANIC COTTON BOYS TEE, the "Ride The Recycle Wave" ORGANIC COTTON GIRLS TEE, and the ORGANIC TODDLER JEANS.

If you are interested in purchasing wholesale items, please download and fill out our Organic Keiki New Customer Application. Completed applications can be faxed back to us at 1.360.251.3191 or scanned and emailed to us at orders@organickeiki.com. Once we receive your application, we will send over our wholesale price list.
