PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal balances all through PayPal. When you checkout, you will click on the PayNow! Button and you will be forwarded to PayPal to complete the transaction. PayPal’s industry-leading use of data encryption helps ensure your transactions are secure.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your order within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. Items returned after 30 days will be issued a store credit. All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed and undamaged with original packaging or NO CREDIT/REFUND WILL BE ISSUED, AND ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST. Please return your items with the Return/Exchange form that was included with your order. The original shipping cost on returned items is not refundable. However, please email us to receive a PDF attachment that includes the return shipping label (postage paid). Simply print out the label and attach it to your container.

If you believe your items have been lost or stolen, please contact Organic Keiki, orders@organickeiki.com, as soon as possible to expedite claims processing.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Organic Keiki within 10 days of delivery or send back damaged items with the return form provided. List damaged item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange.

TAX:
If the order is shipping to an address on Oahu – a tax rate of 4.712%* will be applied to the order.

If the order is shipping to an address within the State of Hawaii, excluding Oahu – a tax rate of 4.166%* will be applied to the order.

If the order is shipping to an address outside of the State of Hawaii – no tax will be applied to the order.

*Although the State of Hawaii does not have a “Sales Tax,” it does have a General Excise tax, which is charged on all transactions completed in the State of Hawaii. In addition, Oahu has implemented a County Surcharge tax for the county of Honolulu. If you would like more information, please check out the State of Hawaii Department of Taxation.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Orders placed between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (Hawaii Standard Time), Monday through Friday will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail the next business day, following credit card authorization. Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped the following Monday.

We ship all orders via Priority Mail service, which usually takes 2 –3 business days for the package to arrive. We include a delivery confirmation with your package and have set-up USPS to send an email to you providing shipment and tracking information.

Shipping rates are determined by the size of your order (i.e. the total order dollar amount) and the destination’s shipping address.

Note
- We only ship within the United States.
- The USPS deadline for packages to arrive by December 25th via Priority Mail is December 20, 2007.
- All Debra Mack Jewelry is made to order. Items will ship 5-10 business days after order is placed.

Order Arrival Date Examples
An order is placed on Monday, before 3 p.m. (HST) and is shipping to California. The shipment will be packed and shipped on Tuesday and should arrive by Friday of the same week.

SECURITY:
Because the Organic Keiki online store is hosted by ProStores, it provides a secure site for online transactions. ProStores uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of the information you transmit to us. Data sent via an SSL connection is protected by encryption, a mechanism that prevents eavesdropping and tampering with any transmitted data. SSL provides businesses and consumers with the confidence that private data sent to our website (such as credit card numbers) is kept confidential. ProStores’ shared SSL certificate offers full data encryption, but does not provide domain authentication. Thus, visitors to the Organic Keiki website may be presented with a Security Alert pop-up message. However, rest assured that your personal information is completely secure.

PRIVACY:
We recognize the importance of ensuring the privacy of your personal information. Any personal information that you provide when registering for an account, updating an account, and placing an order will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, leased, or otherwise disclosed unless required by law. We collect personal information to improve your shopping experience on our website, to process payments for orders and to ship products. Occasionally, contact information may be used to send news or promotions with your consent.

The Organic Keiki online store is hosted by ProStores. ProStores, including its service providers, parent entity and affiliates, have access to aggregated information related to Organic Keiki customers. Customer information is used by ProStores to analyze performance and make improvements to ProStores Services and products.
